Before you book
The fine print, kept simple.
1Your reservation
- Reservations are $19.99, paid when you book. The full amount is credited toward any photo package on the day of your visit.
- Your spot is held once payment is complete. Unpaid reservations are released automatically.
- Reservations are in 15-minute windows and close the day before. For same-day visits, join the virtual line.
2Changes and refunds
- Reschedule to another day using the link in your confirmation, subject to availability.
- The $19.99 reservation is non-refundable, but your credit moves with you when you reschedule.
- If Santa's House has to close during your time, we'll contact you to reschedule or refund.
